Judiciary committed to expediting ‎resolution of commercial disputes and enhancing access to ‎justice in commercial sector: DCJ Mwilu

Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu was joined by the British Deputy High Commissioner H. E. Josephine Gauld, PS in the State Department of EAC Dr. Kevit Desai and British Chamber of Commerce Kenya CEO Ms. Farida Abbas during the Integrity/Corruption Perception Index Workshop held in Naivasha.

The DCJ emphasised the key role Judiciary plays in enabling a ‎vibrant and productive business environment. She outlined ‎Judiciary’s reforms towards expediting ‎resolution of commercial disputes and enhancing access to ‎justice within the business/commercial sector.
