The Hon. Chief Justice and, her fellow Justices of the Supreme Court of Kenya and had the pleasure and honour to welcome our brother justices from the Supreme Court of India. We had robust and insightful conversations on exchanging ideas and reflections to strengthen our judicial systems and recalled our long history together.
As apex courts, we shape jurisprudence, uphold constitutionalism, and safeguard the rule of law. It is essential to learn from each other’s experiences, share insights, and collaborate on enhancing access to justice. Our engagement will cover, Leveraging Technology in the Judiciary, Optimizing Service Delivery and finding other areas of possible collaboration and knowledge sharing.
