The Hon. Chief Justice hosted Prof Luis Franceschi, Assistant Secretary to the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth and the Kenyan Judiciary are dedicated to reinforcing judicial independence, advancing access to justice through innovative solutions, and addressing modern legal challenges, including cyber-related offenses. To this end, we welcome collaboration with the Commonwealth to build the capacity of Judges, Judicial Officers, and staff to effectively address cybercrimes and enhance efficiency in handling electronic evidence.
