Inauguration of Environment and Land Court (ELC) Building, Solar Installation Project, and Court Annexed Mediation Registry at Kilgoris Law Court
In a significant milestone that will foster access to justice in Transmara, we have today inaugurated an Environment and Land Court (ELC) Building, Solar Installation Project, and Court Annexed Mediation Registry at Kilgoris Law Court.
The Kilgoris ELC building has been built by the local Kilgoris Constituency NG-CDF. Our journey towards expanding access to justice across Kenya requires such partnerships, especially in light of budgetary constraints that the Judiciary faces. The Kilgoris ELC building is an exemplary model of what local partnerships can achieve—one that I hope will inspire similar initiatives across Kenya.
