The Hon CJ chaired a High-Level Meeting for the Programme for Legal Empowerment and Aid Delivery in Kenya phase II (PLEAD II). The meeting brought together representatives of National Council of Administrative Justice, the European Union, UNODC, UNDP, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) and civil society organizations.
